Scalloped Lobster

Scalloped Lobster

1 1/2 cups of cooked lobster meat
1 cup of soft bread crumbs
1 cup of milk or thin cream
1 well beaten egg
2 tablespoons of melted butter of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Few drops of juice from an onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of bread crumbs (to sprinkle on top)

By hand, mix lobster meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, butter, mustard, lemon juice and onion juice. Put the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with bread crumbs and a few pats of butter. Bake for 30 at 350°.
